Soap Stuff...

Don't know if any of my 4 followers watch soaps, but I am going to recap some highlights...  

AMC-Greenlee is back again....  and she is not a happy lady!  Her "evil stepmother" Erica is sleeping with the love of her life.  I read that she is going to have David pretend to marry her and reveal herself at the wedding- interesting....

OLTL- Blahblahblah.... as you can tell, I am not feeling this one!  I am sick of Stacey/Rex/Gigi.  Todd and Tea irritate me.  Mitch just creeps me out...

GH- Dante has been outed as Sonny's son, after Sonny shoots him...  I wonder how that is going to play out!  I am totally loving LuLu and Dante as a couple too.  I feel bad for Lucky- Liz and Nikolas totally mad a fool of him.  Maybe this will bring Laura back to comfort her son and help him before he spirals out of control.

Once again, I don't think any of y'all care, but hey...  : )

I did it again....

Sorry, I know it's been a while...  Life kinda got in the way!  We had a snow storm this past weekend, and that kind of messed everything up.  We only got about 6 inches (which may be nothing to some of you, but the last time it snowed like that here was 1989!)  Everything shuts down at the slightest hint of snow, so Ski Jr. has been out of school for 2 days- oh joy!!

I have some NOTD spam for you, hopefully that will make up for my slackness!!

First, this is China Glaze Recycle.  I think it was 3 coats.

the formula on this was a bit watery and hard to control, but as I wore it, I started to really like it on me!

Next we have China Glaze Custom Kicks.  This was 3 coats as well.

(Bad lighting- I am not really an Oompa Loompa!)

I loved this one- it has a shimmer to it!!

Last, but not least, we have Sally Hansen Grape Going! with Pure Ice Heartbreaker on top.  It is 4 coats GG and 2 coats Heartbreaker.

You can see the blue and purple in this one!!

This was very hard to take a picture of, but I love it!!  It is probably the closest I will get to the elusive Rescue Beauty Lounge Scrangie!!

That's all I have for now.  I probably will wear this until Saturday, when I do my Superbowl nails!  (I will take pictures, I promise!)  I will also try to be back a lot sooner- I have GH recaps (getting good!!) and some book reviews to do.

I Heard a Rumor....

Crap, now I have Bananarama stuck in my head! (haha- now you are singing it too!)  Anyway, I heard a rumor that Vanessa Marcil may be returning to GH as Brenda.  I know this rumor comes out every few months or so, but this time, I think they are actually working it out.  How cool would that be?  I didn't watch much GH when she was on, but I had such a girl-crush on her when she was on Las Vegas!  I hope it works out- if AMC can bring back Jesse, Greenlee, and Dixie (and those characters DIED!) then GH should be able to bring Brenda home from Europe, right?  

I guess we shall see what happens!

A little soap opera talk

does anyone else get slightly freaked out by James Franco's character on General Hospital? I watch him, and he creeps me out! The writers did a very good job with this one, in my opinion. I will be sad to see him go!

I did enjoy the flashbacks on All My Children the other day. I am a relatively new viewer, so it was nice to see some history. A little sad that Zack and Kendall left, though...

One Life to Live is probably my least favorite right now. Todd and Tea are irritating, Blair is whiny, and Gigi and Rex are pissing me off. I usually pay half attention to it and wait patiently for GH. GH has always been my favorite. I remember watching it when I was young, back in the Luke and Laura days. (Does that make me sound old, that I remember Luke and Laura's wedding? Ugh!)

Oh well, it is very late, and I need to wake Ski Jr. up early for school. More to come soon!
